Welcome to the website for the Radiotherapy Imaging User Group.
The groups mission is to facilitate the development and timely implementation of new radiotherapy imaging technologies by encouraging collaboration between radiographers, medical physicists, dosimetrists, technologists and clinicians, with a view to improving treatment outcome.
All healthcare professionals working in radiotherapy are welcome to join.
This site aims to provide an active discussion forum for all matters in radiotherapy imaging, including simulation imaging, CT/MRI/PET image fusion, verification imaging, fiducial markers, the use of cone-beam CT and image guided radiotherapy.
The group also organises an annual meeting, which is hosted by different radiotherapy centres.
